Coaching Programmes

 

Andi Roberts’ coaching programs are a powerful way to step in to effective coaching immediately. Each programme is tailor made to focus on a particular issue. The programme contains coaching sessions, self assessment instruments and a workbook that allows the participant to journal their key success points and learnings as they go through the programme.

 

Rapid Gain

This 6 month programme is designed for business owners who need to attract new client’s by developing a comprehensive marketing sales plan. The programme blends coaching and consulting and includes:

  • An assessment of current marketing projects and the actual sales process.

  • The implementation of a more effective process.

  • On going coaching to support the process.

  • A customised workbook to journal key outcomes and learning.

The Effective Manager

This 4 month programme is aimed at people who want to better manage their workload, reduce stress and improve their effectiveness at work.

The programme includes:

  • The Effective Manager instrument and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator instrument.

  • Feedback on the instrument results.

  • Development of a personal action plan.

  • Coaching to support the implementation of the plan.

  • A customised workbook to journal key outcomes and learning.

The Leadership Bridge

This 6 month programme is aimed at middle management leaders who wish to build a stronger, more effective leadership style.

The programme includes:

  • Assessment and feedback using the Leadership Practises Inventory.

  • Development of a personal action plan.

  • Coaching to support the implementation of the plan.

  • A customised workbook to journal key outcomes and learning.

  • A 20% discount off any fees related to facilitation and/or training delivered on behalf of the client.

The Executive Bridge

This 12 month programme is aimed at executive leaders who wish to build a stronger, more effective leadership style.

The programme includes:

  • Assessment and feedback using the Lominger Leadership Voices 360 Degree Multi-rater Feedback instrument plus one other instrument that is linked to the development plan goals.

  • Development of a personal action plan.

  • Coaching to support the implementation of the plan.

  • A customised workbook to journal key outcomes and learning.

  • A 20% discount off any fees related to facilitation and/or training delivered on behalf of the client.

Team Coaching

This 4 month program is aimed at building team cohesion and increasing team performance.

The programme includes:

  • In depth interviews to understand the teams work and its business objectives.

  • Assessment and feedback to the team and individual team members from several instruments.

  • 4 x One day team on site or off site coaching sessions.

  • Private team access to an online work area where group members can communicate and share resources about the team action plan.

  • A 20% discount off any fees related to facilitation and/or training delivered for that intact team during or after the team coaching programme.
