Feedback Coaching

One to One Feedback with developmental coaching

Andi Roberts provides assessment and feedback on a range of instruments. Typically the client takes the instrument and a follow up feedback session is taken to gain a deeper understanding of the results and their implications for work. This session ends with the development of a personal improvement action plan. Follow on coaching is then used to support and sustain the plan that is developed. Team Feedback with Team Coaching

Andi Roberts provides feedback and coaching around a number of instruments designed to help team performance. Typically the team members take instruments on an individual basis. The complete team then attends a one day session where the results are fed back. The rest of the day is spent team coaching which is focused on planning the insights from the instruments. Team coaching sessions may then be set up to sustain the required and planned changes. Andi Roberts provides team feedback and team coaching on the following instruments:
